Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Assistant Support platform ("Service"), operated by Assistant Support Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Description of Service
Assistant Support provides an AI-powered human resources platform that includes employee support automation, recruitment matching, analytics, and workflow management tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers as described on our pricing page.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect your use of the Service.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. Each account is for a single organization; sharing accounts across organizations is not permitted.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Upload or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems
- Use the Service to discriminate against any individual or group in violation of employment laws
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to third parties without our written consent
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its source code, design, features, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Assistant Support Ltd. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription term.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not use Your Data for any purpose other than operating and improving the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected billing cycle. All fees are quoted in US dollars and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.
We may change our pricing with 30 days' prior notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
Failure to pay any fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your account. You are responsible for all applicable taxes in connection with your use of the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assistant Support Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Assistant Support Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings in the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with 30 days' notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination, after which it may be deleted. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
